Pistols

Since firearms is a demanded feature, but will require a lot to be done properly, a pistol was added to compansate for the lack fo firearms. It is a very basic implementation, which likely won't be final, but it would be nice, as an upgradable endgame weapon for now.\

Added weapons:

• Pistol 
• Upgraded Pistol(silencer and sight) 
• Tactical Pistol(Better silencer, sight, increased mag and laser sight)

Pistol and upgrades are crafting in the checkpoint area. Some components are buyable, some require to be looted from chests or PMC enemies

• added 4 gun parts used to make the gun itself
• added 5 accessory parts used to upgrade the pistol

New Misc items

• Sugar (5 hunger. Has 20 uses)
• Protein (1 hunger and 5 stamina. Has 100 uses)
• Lighter
• Good Lighter 
• Film
• Fishing Tackle

Now you can ask scouts for two more additional ways to deal with lust

• using chest
• using mouth

Fixes:

Ailments now have different effects depending on whether you are in combat or not

Fixed problem with quests being different every time you talk to a scout.

Fixed quests not being reset on completion
